Abstract: This Decree-Law is composed of 21 articles and several annexes. It defines principles and rules applicable to management of waste derived from packaging material with the view of waste prevention, racyclig of waste. The Decree-Law defines management responsibilities and applicable taxes. The annexes provides applicable taxes according to packaging materials and types.
