This Decree-Law enters into force the day after its publication.
Abstract

This Decree-Law, composed of 5 articles, introduces in the national legal system the EC Directives No. 2004/5/CE and No. 2004/6/CE ruling on allowed substances to be used in foodstuff, with special attention to “minerals” category.
