Abstract

Article 10 defines the CNAG and the INGRH as water resources administrative organizations. The CNAG is an organization of interministerial coordination, composed of Government members responsible for agriculture, energy, health and by governmental authorities responsible for monitoring local authorities. CNAG's responsibilities include that of guaranteeing the optimization of water resources, making proposals to the Government for legislation and prescribing restrictions on water supplies.
