For fishing vessels will enter into force 5 years after publication. Abstract This Decree-Law provides for resident maritime licensing including vessels used for fishing and cargo. It establishes dispositions and regulations to be fulfilled by vessels and maritime crew in order to obtain certification, classification, technical trainings and other crew certification.
