Abstract

The Decree-Law establishes phytosanitary inspection to be carried out on seeds and propagative materials, in particular fruits and seeds of broad bean, pea and lucerne, originating from the Continent and Azores Islands and to be exported to Madeira and vice-versa. It consists of 7 articles specifying the sanitary requirements to be satisfied by these propagative materials in order to be placed on the market. Potato, grape and cherry trade is strictly prohibited within the Regions.
