Abstract This Decree-Law is composed of six Chapters divided into 18 articles and one Annex. It regulates on the assessment and management of flood risks. Also, it introduces in the legal system the Directive No.2007/60/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the assessment and management of flood risks. The Annex provides a risk management plan.
