Abstract

This Decree-Law regulates sanitary procedures for trading swine semen within EC countries and importation from third countries. It lays down sanitary requirements to be satisfied for placing on the market such product and establishes controls and sanctions to be carried out by General Direction of Stockbreeding services. An annex lays down a model form for obtaining sanitary certificate.
