Abstract This Decree-Law, consisting of X Chapters divided into 43 articles, establishes the requirements for tourism entretainement companies and touristic maritime operators. This Decree-Law, along with Decree-Law No. 39/2008, which establishes the new legal regime for installing, operating and running tourist developments, redefines the concept of nature tourism and contribute to the revitalization of the National Programme for Nature tourism, provided for in the Government Programme.
