This Decree-Law enters into force 60 days after its publication.
Abstract

This Decree-Law establishes the third amendment to Decree-Law No. 246/2000 on sport fishing. Amendments deal with the legal framework for marine aquatic plant and animal species fishing with amatorial purpose. It applies for non-commercial fishing activities performed in oceanic and internal waters (including non-marine waters) under the jurisdiction of maritime authorities, according to article 2 of Decree No. 43/87 and Decree No. 7/2000.
