This Decree-Law shall enter into force on the day after publication.
Abstract

This Decree-Law creates the General Direction for Plant Protection (DGPC). It consists of 4 chapters and 1 table establishing composition, competencies and duties of the said plant institution entitled to promote, manage and control the plant protection sector. It is divided as follows: Structure and competencies (Chap. 1); Competencies of Services of the Institution (2); Financial management (3); General and final provisions (4).
