This Decree-Law enters into force on the day after its publication.
Abstract

This Decree-Law, composed of 4 articles and 2 Annexes, establishes the general regime for the National Catalogue of Varieties (CNV). It revises and updates the minimum requirements to be satisfied by agricultural plant species in order to being registered in the above mentioned National Catalogue, established by Decree-Law No. 154/2004. Annexes list plant species and requirements to be registered.
