Abstract

This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of six articles and three Annexes, establishes details on: application form for issuing the certificate on technical abilities; methods for verifying technical abilities and issuing the certificate above-mentioned; rules on validity and expiration of the certificate; scope of information on operators and their emissions, included in the integrated register of the information system; methods for detecting, evaluating and reporting information on operators to the integrated register of the information system.
