Abstract: This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of 41 articles and six Annexes, establishes: the index of biotopes of European importance, biotopes of national importance and priority biotopes (as specified in Annex 1); the index of invasive varieties of plants and ways of their disposal (as Annex 2); the index of derivative varieties of plants and animals which can be spread outside settled territories (Annex 3); the index of varieties of European importance, varieties of national importance, species of birds and priority varieties the preservation of which requires territorial protection (Annex 4); the index of protected plants, protected animals and priority varieties (Annex 5); the index of species of birds for which the selected prohibitions of variety protection do not apply (Annex 6).
