This text entered into force on the day after its publication the Official Gazette (published on 7 July 2010).
Abstract

This Decree, as for the purposes of the Macedonian Law on protection and rescue operations, regulates the implementation of measures for radiological, chemical and biological protection. Planning and preparation of activities for implementation of measures designated for radiological, chemical and biological protection is performed by the state bodies administration, bodies of local self-government units, public enterprises, institutions, services and companies, within their competences. Radiological, chemical and biological protection includes preventive and protection measures and activities aimed for humans, livestock and plants, with timely detection, monitoring and control of threats od dangers and consequences of accidents with dangerous substances, as well as the consequences of radiological, chemical and biological agents, as well as taking measures and activities aimed at removing the consequences of occurred disasters.
