This Decree enters into force on 1 January 2010.
Abstract

This Decree of the Ministry of Economy, which is composed of eight articles and four Annexes, establishes: (a) method of calculation of the amount of electricity from cogeneration; (b) method of determining the ratio of electricity and heat produced from the facilities of high efficiency cogeneration; (c) threshold and harmonized referential values for the calculation of electricity from cogeneration; (d) method of the calculation of primary energy savings; (e) harmonized referential values for calculating the efficiency of combined production to calculate the savings of primary energy from cogeneration; (f) criteria for high efficiency cogeneration; (g) method of preparing the monthly balance of production and supply of electricity, heat production and supply and use of mechanical energy produced from cogeneration.
