Abstract

This Decree lays down the criteria and defines the procedure for granting aid to enterprises concerned by Decree on closed seasons for fleet using trawling nets for 2013. These provisions are adopted pursuant to Commission Regulation (EC) No. 875/2007 on the application of articles 87 and 88 of the European Union Treaty to de minimis aid in the fisheries sector.
