Abstract

The principal product organization for enterprises active in the field of cultivation, processing and treatment of, and trade products is established under section 2 as a semi-public body that shall regulate and supervise activities in the field of agricultural production and reproduction. Article 3 gives a definition of the sector for which the organization shall be responsible. The organization shall have various commissions responsible for specific fields (art. 5). Product organizations are established for the following fields: grains seeds and legumes (art. 8), animal feed (art. 12) and wine (art. 14). The product branch organization for grains, seeds and legumes shall have a commission for bread and pastry products which shall regulate the industrial and small-scale bread and pastry production.
