Entry into force notes
The Decree enters into force on the day of publication in the Collection of Laws.
Abstract

This Decree of the Ministry of Environment lays down the index of polluting compounds and different types of smoke. Furthermore, it provides for the registration of sources of air pollution. The Decree also sets out emission limits and related measurement methods. The setting up of an information system on air quality is regulated as well.
