Entry into force notes
The Decree enters into force on the day when the treaty on accession of the Czech Republic to the European Union comes into force.
Abstract

Pursuant to article 18 of the Act on foodstuffs and tobacco products, this Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture lays down provisions on the production of milk and milk products, frozen creams and food fats and oil. The Decree establishes marketing conditions and sets forth labelling and quality requirements.
