This Decree enters into force on 15 September 2010.
Abstract

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, Environment and Regional Development, which is composed of 12 articles and five Annexes, establishes for stationary sources and facilities using organic solvents: (a) emission limits, technical requirements and operating conditions, terms and conditions of their validity; (b) method and requirements for identification of the amount of emitted volatile organic compounds; (c) method and requirements for presentation of data on compliance with the specified emission limits.
