This Ordinance enters into force on 1 December 2007.
Abstract

This Decree of the Ministry of Health, which is composed of seven articles and one Annex, establishes details on allowable values of parameters determining the noise, infrasound and vibration requirements, and the objectification of noise, infrasound and vibrations in the environment. The Decree applies to noise, infrasound and vibrations that occur continuously or intermittently outdoor or indoor, in buildings related to human activities or business equipment. Health protection against noise, vibration and infrasound is ensured if the assessed values of parameters specified in the Decree are not exceeded. Art. 4 specifies allowable values of determined parameters of noise and infrasound and locations covered. Art. 5 specifies allowable values of determined parameters of vibrations and locations covered. Art. 5 describes requirements for measurement and assessment of noise, infrasound and vibration.
