Abstract This Decree prescribes the necessary conditions regarding methods of acquisition, realization and termination of the right to obtain market premium incentives and guaranteed purchase price incentives (production of electricity from renewable energy sources and high-efficiency cogeneration), the rights and obligations of the project holder, privileged producer, energy market operator, system operator associated with incentive rights, mandatory content of the contract on the market premium and contracts for the purchase of electricity at a guaranteed purchase price, construction deadlines and guarantees for the construction of a production plant or production unit and guarantees for the payment of incentives, conditions for the return of funds paid on behalf of incentives in the event of termination of the right to incentives.
