Abstract

This Decree, based on the provisions of the Law on ambient air quality, determines the combustion capacities or installations that should take measures to protect the ambient air from pollution. Combustion facilities are combustion installations and sites within the technological production process that have combustion devices. Measures for protection of ambient air from pollution are a set of appropriate activities aimed at preventing air pollution, preventing the occurrence of harmful consequences for air quality, reducing and eliminating damage and ensuring a better state of air quality. Implementation of emission measurement methods is the use of measurement methods in the measurement of emissions of pollutants in accordance with CEN and ISO standards, adopted as national standards.
