This Decree entered into force on 1 February 2022.
Abstract

This Decree of the Ministry of the Environment lays down, following directly applicable regulations of the European Union, the requirements and method of processing emergency plans drawn up for exceptional movement and experimental release of alien and non-locally occurring aquaculture species, and the use of invasive non-native species. The requirements of a contingency plan for alien and non-native aquaculture species are set out in Annex 1 to this Decree. Annex No. 2 provides contingency plan requirements for invasive alien species.
