Abstract

This Decree, as in accordance with the terms of the Law on genetically modified organisms, determines the list of areas that have land parcels or surfaces that are subject to the ban of the deliberate release of genetically modified reproductive materials. The Annex which contains the list of these protected areas that are present on the national territory, is part of the publication from the Official Gazette 113/2009 (published on 11 September 2009) and it is attached to the text as it is an integrated part of the Decree.
