The Decree enters into force on the day of publication in the Collection of Laws.

Abstract

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture lays down rules on marking of animals of the equine, swine and bovine species, including imported specimens. Moreover, it regulates procedures for the registration of animals as well as farms. It consists of the following Sections: (1) General provisions; (2) Marking of livestock, equines and swines; (3) Registration of livestock, swines, poultry, fishes and bees; (4) Final provisions.
