Abstract The Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of nine articles and one Annex, establishes details on: defining exploitation of wood and procedure for defining exploitation of wood; written acceptance for wood exploitation; marking of removed wood; documentation on wood extraction; keeping registration of documents on wood extraction. Trees intended for extraction are marked with indelible ink sign with average at least five cm or readable mark on the height 130 cm from the ground.
