This Regulation enters into force on the day after the publication in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Andorra.
Abstract

This Decree, consisting of 44 articles, approves the Regulation implementing the Hunting Law. The Regulation establishes the requirements to be met for obtaining hunting licences, with the prior payment of the amount of a fee set by the Government. To formalize the application for a hunting licence, specific documentation must be attached to the request. To obtain any hunting licence, it is mandatory to pay the corresponding amount to the membership fee of the Andorran Hunting Federation. It lists the species that can be hunted without other limitations than those established by the Hunting Law and related regulations.
