This Decree enters into force on 1 January 2010.
Abstract

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture amends five points of the Decree on veterinary requirements for trade in semen, egg cells and embryos, and veterinary conditions of their import from third countries. The Decree amends provisions concerning health requirements for trade in semen of bovine (art. 4 of the amended Decree), health requirements for trade in embryos of swine (art. 12), and health requirements for trade in egg cells and embryos of sheep, goats, pigs and horses (art. 14).
