Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture lays down some amendments and addenda to the Decree on veterinary conditions of import of certain animal products from third countries. In particular, the present Decree amends provisions concerning special health requirements for tade in bovine animals related to infectious rhinotracheitis of cattle (specified in art. 14 of the amended Decree), and requirements for import of equidae from third countries (art. 63). The Decree establishes also special health requirements for trade in pigs related to Aujeszyky’s disease (Annex 3), conditions of approving companies for trade in animals (Annex 7) and conditions of poultry vaccination (Annex 8).
