This Decree entered into force on 8 September 2012.
Abstract

This Decree of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia lays down some amendments and addenda to the Decree on the limitation of emissions into the atmosphere from large combustion plants. In particular, the present Decree establishes obligations of the operators of large combustion plants with a rated electrical output of at least 300 MW which plans to build a plant to capture and compress carbon dioxide.
