Decree amending Inter-Ministerial Decree laying down provisions for the implementation of article 12, paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 of Presidential Decree No. 187 of 9 February 2001 updating rules concerning the production and marketing of flour and pasta.

The present Decree lays down some amendments to Decree of 26 April 2002 relating to the production and placing on the market of flour and pasta. The amendments regard in particular the authorization which is required to produce flour and pasta and which shall be granted by the Ministry of Agricultural and Forestry Policies. Annex I to Decree of 26 April 2002 is replaced by Annex 1 to the present Decree.
