This Decree enters into force on 1 June 2013.
Abstract

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture lays down some amendments and addenda to Decree on veterinary requirements for trade in semen, egg cells and embryos, and veterinary conditions of their import from third countries. In particular the present Decree establishes: veterinary requirements for pigs taken to semen collection centres (Annex 5); veterinary requirements for semen of pigs intended for marketing in the European Union (Annex 6); conditions for the approval of centres for the collection of semen of sheep, goats and equine animals and centres for storage of semen of sheep, goats and equine animals (Annex 9).
