Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture lays down some ammendments and addenda to the Decree on the prevention of the outbreak and spread of infectious animal diseases. In particular, the present Decree amends provisions concerning bluetongue, originally specified in Section 2 of the amended Decree. The State Veterinary Administration may authorize, within the protective and control measures, the use of vaccines against bluetongue. State Veterinary Administration shall notify the Commission prior to vaccination about the permission to use vaccines against bluetongue.
