Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of the Environment lays down some amendments to Decree on the disposal of electrical waste and electronic equipment in accordance with Directive 2012/19/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on waste electrical and electronic equipment. In particular the present Decree establishes: details on the evidence of collected electrical equipment and separately collected electrical and electronic equipment (art. 7); the method of keeping the evidence and reporting on waste from electrical and electronic equipment (art. 11); the method of calculating the level of utilization of electrowaste (art. 11a).
