This Decree enters into force on 1 October 2014.
Abstract

This Decree of the Ministry of the Environment lays down some amendments to Decree on the disposal of electrical waste and electronic equipment in accordance with Directive 2012/19/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on waste electrical and electronic equipment. In particular the present Decree establishes: details on the evidence of collected electrical equipment and separately collected electrical and electronic equipment (art. 7); the method of keeping the evidence and reporting on waste from electrical and electronic equipment (art. 11); the method of calculating the level of utilization of electrowaste (art. 11a).
