Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture lays down some amendments and addenda to the Decree on requirements for milk and dairy products, frozen creams and edible fats and oils. In particular the present Decree establishes new microbiological requirements for individual dairy products and types of live lactic acid microorganisms in fermented dairy products (specified in replaced Annex 1), classification of milk and dairy products into species, groups and subgroups (replaced Annex 4), and permissible weight and volume of packaging of milk and dairy products (replaced Annex 5).
