Abstract This Decree lays down some amendments to the Decree laying down the types and conditions of the use of additives and extraction solvents for food production. In particular, the present Decree establishes the list of other additives permitted for food production with the exception of dyes and sweeteners, and conditions of their use (Annex 2 to the amended Decree) and amends the list of preservatives permitted for food production and conditions of their use (Annex 6), the list of antioxidants permitted for food production and conditions of their use (Annex 8) and the list of extraction solvents permitted for food production and conditions of their use (Annex 10).
