Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development lays down some amendments and addenda to Decree implementing the Hunting Act. In particular the present Decree provides details on hunting management plan (replaced art. 21), documentation on hunting area (replaced art. 22), breeding objectives and quality of hunting management (replaced art. 24), the procedure and principles of planning care for animals (replaced art. 35), reporting on wild game (replaced art. 36) and conditions of inclusion of hunting areas to qualified classes (replaced Annex 3).
