This Decree enters into force on the day of its adoption.
Abstract

This Decree sets the rules aimed to change certain particular winemaking practices such as fermentation and/or refermentation of wine if done outside the harvest/collection period for wines with designation and/or indication of origin (particular wines including passito and also wines without geographical indication, if according to the provisions stipulated by the Law 12 December 2016).
