The Decree contains 47 sections divided into the following paragraphs: Notification and consultation; Prohibition of drainage of land; Condition testing of land drainage; Land drainage experts; Environmental book; Dispatching of certain judgments and decisions; Notification of inspection; Duty to report replacing authorization requirement; National Plan for Modern Environmental Conditions for Hydropower; Notification to be covered by the National Plan; Division into examination groups and period for submitting applications; Temporary exemption from the authorization requirement; Implementation of the National Plan; Supervision and fees; Appeal. Section 24 of the Decree requires the Swedish Agency for Marine and Water Management together with the Swedish Energy Agency and Swedish Power Grid Administration to elaborate a proposal for a National Plan for Modern Environmental Conditions for Hydropower, according to the guidelines given by this Decree.
