Abstract This Decree declares the end of the forestry logging prohibition, approved by the Council of Ministers on 25 April 2015, throughout the national territory. It defines the total abrogation of the preventive measure for the temporary prohibition of exploitation and/or export of non-threatened or endangered forest species. In addition, it regulates the conditions for concluding a management and forestry exploitation contract and the sharing of revenue from the exploitation of such forestry domain.
