This Decree enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.

Abstract

This Decree sets the legal parameters and approves the contents of the Programme (submitted at the meeting of 16 September 2016 to the Technical Committee, who shared the contents and the text of the related plan) that developed the measures and strategies regarding the conservation and improvement of marine environment on the territory of the Italian sea domain.
