Abstract

This executive order declares a state of emergency to facilitate the response to COVID-19 in the state of Tennessee. It provides that the Commissioner of Health or her designee, in conjunction with the Director of the Tennessee Emergency Management Agency and his designee, shall implement the Tennessee Emergency Management Plan and all applicable annexes to coordinate the State’s response to COVID-19.
