Abstract

This executive order declares a state of emergency to exist in the entire State of New Hampshire due to Novel Coronavirus – COVID-19. It provides that the Department of Business and Economic Affairs shall survey businesses within New Hampshire to determine the economic impact of losses for the emergency period as compared to the same period of the preceding year for the purposes of applying to the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) for SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loans.
