Abstract

This executive order declares a “State of Emergency” due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) requiring aid, assistance, and relief available from State resources. It further orders the continued execution of the State Emergency Operations Plan; and the continued execution of the State Emergency Operations Plan.
