Abstract

This executive order declares that a State of Emergency exists in the State of Mississippi due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and directs that the Mississippi Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan be implemented. It also directs state agencies and department to utilize state resources and to do everything reasonably possible to assist communities and entities affected by the outbreak.
