Abstract

This Executive Order declares that a public health disaster emergency exists in Indiana attributable to COVID-19. The Indiana State Department of Health is designated as the lead state agency to coordinate emergency response activities among the various state agencies and local governments. It orders all state and local health officials, law enforcement and emergency response agencies, health care providers, and hospitals, in the state to cooperate with the department in its response to the public health disaster emergency and the implementation of this Executive Order.
