Abstract

This executive order declares an emergency for the State of Oregon in order to be fully prepared for COVID-19. The order also encourages persons who believe that they have been subjected to excessive prices for essential consumer goods during this public health emergency to contact the Oregon Department of Justice Consumer Protection.
