It provides that the Division of Emergency Management within the Department of Military Affairs and the Kentucky Department of Public Health shall coordinate the response and relief activities of all state agencies and private relief organizations in response to the COVID-19 emergency described herein. A consecutive executive order No. 2020-881 directs all entities that provide natural gas, water, wastewater, or electric service within the Commonwealth to continue to waive the assessment of late payment fees for residential customers through December 31, 2020.
