Abstract

This executive order declares that a State of Emergency exists in the State of Missouri due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and directs the Missouri State Emergency Operations Plan be activated. It further directs the executive agencies of the State of Missouri to monitor and advise the Office of the Governor concerning the pricing of commodities, goods, and services in order to prevent unfair market practices.
